 | Semper, which means forever in Latin, is the nickname to Semper Station, the scientific police station in which the captured Anamalis are held. Brant and his mother were trapped here before he escaped to Cloudcroft. Anamalis are tested, and held in one person prison cells. Most of the specials trapped here end up going insane.

In his office, he tries to locate the Anamalis headquarters using his enhanced Apple computers, but since the Anamalis spreads themselves out, they have no official headquarters. Captain Greene also kept Brant in his office's cell while he was captured since Brant seemed to know the most.
