The Mother of All Animalis Plots

It's not possible. Chloe's brother has been under the influence, which almost cost him his life. In a frenzy to be safe, the family left for their vacation home. Chloe doesn't enjoy the long hours of solitude, and everyone in the Cloudcroft could feel tension building. It didn't take a genius to notice that their usually peaceful town was about to face a new level of danger. The only Tristant to think past Fisher was Chloe. She spent all of her time outside, unless she was inside sleeping. Unknown to her, she was always watched.

In her sleep, Chloe was woken. The voice called to her, strong and sure. "Chloe, come with me. I'm going to keep you safe. The war is coming." Chloe was willing to do anything for that voice, though it wasn't one she knew. Before she knew it, Chloe was breaking the wall between Animalis and Human, as she was destined to do. Still, not all the Animalis were comfortable with the presence of a human in their camps. Brant was forced to save the girl's life far too many times.

And then there were the Duals. The race that had two Animalis parents, or one, but wasn't given the ability to turn into an animal. They're jealous of the Animalis, and want only to wipe out the species. The organization is run by Dr. "Dual" Greene. The name Dual comes from their two legs, opposed to the possible four they might have had. Once the Duals find out about Chloe, and know her true potential as a pawn in their game, the race is on.
